Return Procedure
 
If you are a consumer and would like to return a Lagostina item, it must be sent postage prepaid. Please go to Lagostina Returns Form, complete the form and enclose it with your merchandise. While it is not necessary to send your package registered mail we do suggest that you keep the receipt from Canada Post for the postage should your package be lost.

Our technicians will inspect the product and if found to contain a manufacturer's defect, it will be repaired or replaced under the terms of the warranty and shipped prepaid to your mailing address.
