Lagostina 125-Year Limited Edition Skillet Giveaway — Official Rules

ACCEPTANCE OF RULES: Each Entrant who submits an entry in the Contest unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Groupe SEB Canada, 36 Newmill Gate, Unit 2, Scarborough, Ontario, M1V 0E2, Canada (the “Sponsor”), whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects. This Contest will be run in accordance with these Official Rules, subject to amendment by the Sponsor.

SPONSOR: This Contest is sponsored by Groupe SEB Canada. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform. Entrants release these platforms from any and all liability.

ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) who has reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry (each an “Entrant”). Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Contest begins on June 16, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET and ends on June 26, 2026 at 11:59 a.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER: Although it is free to enter, if you opt to access the Contest via your wireless mobile device, data rates may apply according to the terms of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. To enter, you must during the Entry Period: (1) follow @lagostinacanada, and (2) comment on the Contest post with a recipe you would love to see us make with the skillet. Limit one (1) entry per person.

WINNER SELECTION: Two (2) Contest winners will be selected via a random draw on June 26, 2026 at approximately 11:59 a.m. ET. Two (2) entries will be selected randomly from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

PRIZE: Each of the two (2) winners will receive one (1) Lagostina 125-Year Limited Edition Skillet, with an approximate retail value of $79.99 CAD each. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash-surrender value, and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify the prize with a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be announced on June 26, 2026 and notified via direct message from the official @lagostinacanada account within one (1) business day of selection (“Winner Notification”). The Sponsor will never request payment or financial information to claim the prize; beware of fraudulent accounts. Each potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of Winner Notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

PUBLICITY CONSENT: By entering, and except where prohibited by law, each Entrant consents to the Sponsor’s use of their name, first initial of last name, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation if they win.

PRIVACY: All personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Contest and will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill the prize.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and the above-referenced platforms from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
