Start cooking the pasta. In the meantime, blend the tomatoes, the zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon, thyme, and dill with the help of a mixer.
Add a pinch of salt and put the mixture in the saucepan along with a clove of garlic at the bottom, and then add the Taggiasca olives. Cook the sauce for as long as it takes to cook the pasta.
Season the pasta with the sauce and a few basil leaves.
