  • 360 g Spaghetti

  • 250 g Date tomatoes

  • 60 g Dried tomatoes

  • 60 g Taggiasca olives

  • 1 Clove of garlic

  • 1 Orange

  • 1 Lemon

  • Dill

  • Basil

  • Thyme

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt


  • Start cooking the pasta. In the meantime, blend the tomatoes, the zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon, thyme, and dill with the help of a mixer.

  • Add a pinch of salt and put the mixture in the saucepan along with a clove of garlic at the bottom, and then add the Taggiasca olives. Cook the sauce for as long as it takes to cook the pasta.

  • Season the pasta with the sauce and a few basil leaves.
