Ingredients:
6 bone-in chicken thighs
3 tbsp pure Canadian maple syrup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce
Fresh thyme sprigs
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat a Lagostina Stainless Steel Sauté Pan over medium-high heat.
2. Season and sear the chicken thighs until golden.
3. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, mustard, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme.
4. Pour the glaze over the chicken, cover, and simmer for 25–30 minutes.
