Ingredients

  • 100g ripe banana/fruit puree
  • 20g tahini
  • 20g almond flour
  • 20g oat flour
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 80ml milk
  • 2g agar agar
  • Chocolate chips to taste

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients, pour into a mold of at least 14 cm.
  2. Insert 1 ecodose and the basket where to place the mold into the PAP and cook for 25 minutes from when it comes to pressure.
