Cookie dough
Ingredients
- 100g ripe banana/fruit puree
- 20g tahini
- 20g almond flour
- 20g oat flour
- 1 vanilla pod
- 80ml milk
- 2g agar agar
- Chocolate chips to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients, pour into a mold of at least 14 cm.
- Insert 1 ecodose and the basket where to place the mold into the PAP and cook for 25 minutes from when it comes to pressure.
