Linguine with Zesty Tomato
Ingredients
- 360 g Spaghetti
- 250 g Date tomatoes
- 60 g Dried tomatoes
- 60 g Taggiasca olives
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Orange
- 1 Lemon
- Dill
- Basil
- Thyme
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Method
- Start cooking the pasta. In the meantime, blend the tomatoes, the zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon, thyme, and dill with the help of a mixer.
- Add a pinch of salt and put the mixture in the saucepan along with a clove of garlic at the bottom, and then add the Taggiasca olives. Cook the sauce for as long as it takes to cook the pasta.
- Season the pasta with the sauce and a few basil leaves.
