Lagostina ships your item(s) within 2 business days of purchase. Domestic Standard shipments are expected to arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipping. Most items will be shipped from our warehouse the same day an order is received (Monday-Friday before 12:00 PM EST). Orders received after 2:00 PM, or those received over the weekend, or on a national holiday, will be shipped the following business day.

Free Shipping on all orders greater than +$99. Orders to be shipped to Northwest Territories, Yukon or Nunavut or other territories outside of Canada, are subject to a surcharge.  

Returns

Returns Requirement

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging in order to receive a refund.

If you received a Gift with Purchase as part of your order, the gift must be returned when returning the qualifying item(s). If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.

Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund. If a product is found to be used by our inspection team, 30% of the product cost will be withheld from the refund.

How to return a product

Please follow the instructions below:

1. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of the product, along with your original packing label with the order ID on the package brown box.
2. A pre-paid shipping label for return will be shared with you once we receive and approve your return request.
3. We do not credit for postage paid by the buyer, so we recommend requesting a pre-paid shipping label from us to avoid extra shipping cost. A pre-paid shipping label will be issued upon request. Please send us a message to request a pre-paid shipping label for return.
4. After your merchandise has been received, we will issue a credit to your initial form of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit to post.
5. PLEASE NOTE THAT A FEE OF $9.95 (PLUS TAX) WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND PER RETURN LABEL FOR OPEN STOCK ITEMS. A FEE OF $19.95 (PLUS TAX)  WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND PER RETURN LABEL FOR COOKWARE SETS. 

Return Exceptions    

Product that has been excessively used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Product showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.
