Shipping  

Lagostina ships your item(s) within 2 business days of purchase. Domestic Standard shipments are expected to arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipping. Most items will be shipped from our warehouse the same day an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 12:00 PM EST). Orders received after 2:00 PM, or those received over the weekend, or on a national holiday will be shipped the following business day.

 

Free Shipping on all orders greater than +$99. Orders to be shipped to Northwest Territories, Yukon or Nunavut or other territories outside of Canada are subject to a surcharge.  

 

 

Returns

 

Returns Requirement

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Product must be returned unused and in the original packaging in order to receive refund.

How to return a product

If you created an account, please login to initiate a return. If you checked out as a guest, please put in your request here.

Please follow below instructions:

  1. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of the product along with your original packing label with order ID on the package brown box.
  2. Pre-paid shipping label for return will be shared with you, once we recieve and approve your returns request.
  3. We do not credit for postage paid by buyer so we recommend to request a pre-paid shipping label from us to avoid extra shipping cost.A pre-paid shipping label will be issued upon request. Please send us a message to request a pre-paid shipping label for return.
  4. After your merchandise has been received, we will issue a credit to your initial form of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit to post.
  5. PLEASE NOTE THAT A FEE OF $9.95 (PLUS TAX) WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND PER RETURN LABEL FOR OPEN STOCK ITEMS. A FEE OF $19.95 (PLUS TAX)  WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND PER RETURN LABEL FOR COOKWARE SETS. 

Return Exceptions    

Product that has been excessively used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Product showing malicious physical damage is not covered under this policy.
